Discover luxury island living at Island Walk! We are a gated community nestled in The Villages of Bayport on a private island, with convenient access to numerous highways and bridges. You can find several shopping centers within minutes of our community. Downtown Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are all nearby, and Tampa International Airport is a short seven miles away. Our one and two-bedroom apartments are available in several different spacious floor plans. Our kitchens and bathrooms include chestnut cabinetry and brand name appliances. Every apartment home offers ceramic tile or faux wood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. All of our apartments have ground floor entry, and upstairs homes are designed with vaulted ceilings and a bonus room. Our community is host to monthly events and residents can enjoy our boardwalk on the water, fishing, pools, fitness centers, Wi-Fi cafe, theater, tennis courts and clubhouse at their leisure.
